Baked Apple Brie Wrap

shop my jumpsuit here!

I love having a few easy appetizer recipes under my belt for parties and everyday entertaining! For my bestie’s baby shower last month I whipped up the yummiest brie appetizer that involved baked apples and candied pecans! It was delish y’all.

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 can of crescent rolls, I used Pillsbury!
  • 1/2 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large round of brie cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Crackers to serve the dish with.

How to make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Unroll dough and lay flat in baking dish. I chose to use a glass baking dish instead of a baking sheet so I could serve right out of it.
  3. Scrape off the top layer of brie and place the entire wheel in the center of the dough.
  4. Arrange apple slices on top of brie and cover with brown sugar.
  5. Starting with the four corners, cover the entire brie wheel with dough. Seal completely. Using a brush, glaze the dough wrap with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve with crackers or apple slices!

love y’all! mckenzie
