Cocktail Hour: The Fuzzy Slipper

3 (1 of 1)

Anyone else craving a fruity summer cocktail despite the fact that it’s February?! No worries, I’ve got you covered! Today’s concoction is a refreshing mixture of a few of my favorite things. It’s the perfect recipe to whip up for Valentine’s day, girl’s night, or a summer soirée!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 Part (or 1 cup) Limoncello Liqueur. (I used a pink Limoncello for the color, since it’s Valentine’s Day and all…)
  • 3 Parts (or 3 cups) Prosecco
  • 6 Sprigs of Organic Mint
  • 1 Cup Frozen Rasberries

Step One: First things first, mix your prosecco (3 cups) and your Limoncello (1 cup) in a large pitcher or decanter. **Make sure your prosecco & Limoncello are chilled before doing so!** Whisk (don’t stir!) the two together to keep the bubbles moving.
