In just a few hours I made major progress in Millie & AG’s room with Love Vs. Design Peel & Stick Wallpaper! Now I’m anxious to choose big girl beds and get the drapes up! I ended up choosing the Lovely Lavender pattern, swapping out the purple for pink! The color combo I used was opal, cosmos, and ceramic.
I am no stranger to peel & stick wallpaper but haven’t seen another brand with the “custom” concept that Love Vs. Design offers! You choose from one of their (many!) designs to start. Once you’ve found a design you adore, the colors are completely customizable! This makes it simple to coordinate with existing paint, furniture, and fabrics!
I spent a few weeks playing with the pattern/color combo (part of the fun!) that best fit the space before ordering. Each sample order includes a color sheet making it easy peasy to envision exactly how your paper will turn out. The samples are printed on the same high-quality textured paper that your rolls will come in, and they’re HUGE!
Some prefer to install as a team but I work best when I’m installing solo. I actually enjoy it. Once you get the hang of lining up the pattern, it’s a lot of fun! Working around windows, fixtures, and doors is a bit harder so I’d suggest starting with a large blank wall first until you find your groove.
If you’re nervous to get started, do not fear! “Mistakes” are easy to clean up because the high-quality paper adhesive makes it possible to remove and readjust! A sharp Exacto knife and a quality wallpaper smoother help too!
I can’t get over what a difference it made. The girls love it, mama loves it, and now I’m ready to choose a Love Vs. Design paper for the playroom! 😉
