If you and I were sitting on the porch together (wrapped up in blankets – it’s freezing y’all!) here are a few things we’d definitely be talking about!

I bought Alba Grace her first pair of Jacks (the cutest thing I ever did see!) and then found a mama sized pair. Naturally I couldn’t click ORDER fast enough! I texted my mom and sister to say that I was more excited about this shoe situation than I’d ever been about anything ever. Our wedding day was fun and all but holy heck baby shoes! KIDDING y’all. The matching shoe situation has led me down a very long rabbit trail of matching evvvverythang. This having a girl thing is actually a ton of fun.

But really though. My Charcoal Mask makes me feel like Kate Middleton while the kids are off with the royal nanny. Treat yourself!

Progress on the house? We’re making it. I give all the credit to my hunk of a husband who’s worked hard to get this place baby ready! Little things like bathroom hardware and hanging up art take the longest! Hoping to share my first completed room next month. Y’all be on the lookout!

I loved Julia’s idea to gift her boo something thoughtful, in the form of photographs. She had some of their favorite travel memories framed! So sweet and intentional. What are y’all gifting your sweethearts this year? We don’t usually do gifts (or anything really) for Valentine’s Day but this year I’m feeling extra lovey-dovey and want to do a little something!

By the time the clock strikes 5pm it’s safe to say I’m already dreaming about curling up in bed with my pj’s and a good book. Currently reading Slightly South of Simple and loving it! Can’t wait to read her others. Thinking it might be time to invest in a new pair of my favorite Lake Pajamas. Honestly, this maternity nightgown looks like heaven. Add that to the list of things I didn’t think I’d ever say. Haha!
