Zoe Trio Review (The Perfect Disney Stroller!)

My Zoe double stroller review is one of my most-loved blog posts so I though I’d circle back with an update on how we’re loving the larger, trio version now that we’re a fam of FIVE! Still can’t get over the fact that we have three little ladies in this thing! Overall, I’m a huge fan! We love the quality and would absolutely recommend to another mom with three littles! I think the stroller will work well for us for the next couple of years!

My girls are currently 6, 4 and 4 months! We primarily use the stroller for Disney days and walks around the neighborhood. When we found out we were pregnant with another little girl, we weren’t sure which stroller would fit our needs best based on the age gaps. My two bigs aren’t using a stroller for everyday adventures but ALWAYS need one at Disney, the zoo, etc. We ended up choosing the Zoe Trio because we could easily convert it back to a double if all three girls don’t want to ride! I was a bit concerned with how much harder it would be to push three kiddos but it’s been easier than we expected!

Pros

  • Lightweight & Compact: Weighing just over 30 lbs, the Zoe Trioᵛ² is notably lighter than many other triple strollers. Its slim profile allows it to fit through standard doorways and into most car trunks, making it convenient for everyday use and travel.
  • Modular Design: The stroller can transition from a double to a triple configuration using an add-on seat. This flexibility is beneficial for growing families or those with varying childcare needs.
  • Travel-Friendly: The Zoe Trioᵛ² is Disney-approved, folds easily, and is compatible with certain car seats (Graco and Chicco) when using the appropriate adapter.
  • Comfort Features: Each seat has an independent canopy with UPF50+ protection, and the rear seats recline up to 165°, providing comfort for napping children.
  • Storage Options: The stroller includes under-seat storage baskets and comes with accessories like parent and child cup holders, enhancing its practicality.

Cons

  • Limited Recline on Front Seat: The front seat reclines only up to 125°, which may not be ideal for younger children who need a flatter position for napping.
  • Not Suitable for Newborns Without Adapter: Without a car seat adapter, the stroller is recommended for children aged 3 months and older, as the seats do not recline fully flat.
  • Fixed Handlebar Height: The handlebar is not adjustable, which might be uncomfortable for caregivers of varying heights during extended use.
  • Snack Tray Limitations: While a snack tray can be attached to the front seat, the rear seats cannot accommodate snack trays due to shared connection points.

Product Details

  • Weight: Approximately 30 lbs
  • Seat Capacity: Each seat holds up to 45 lbs
  • Recline Angles: Rear seats recline to 165°, front seat to 125°
  • Car Seat Compatibility: Compatible with Graco and Chicco car seats using an adapter
  • Price: Around $699 (more with add-on accessories!)

What I’ve loved about the Zoe Trio:

  • Can easily convert back to a double stroller when you aren’t using the third seat! This was nice at Disney if both of my bigs wanted to walk around the resort while we pushed the baby! We’d just leave the third seat in our room!
  • Sun canopies can be unzipped for full coverage! UPF protection is built into the fabric!
  • SO much storage for all of the things! It’s so easy to keep up with a stroller organizational system when you have a spot for everything. We love the mesh bags and stroller parent organizer to help us stay organized!
  • The all terrain wheels (these are sold separately!) make pushing the extra weight of a third seat and child easy peasy! We can even make it over the infamous Disney train tracks without a struggle!
  • The under stroller storage bags are big enough to hold a small diaper bag or small backpack! With the addition of a third seat you have even more space for all of the kids stuff! Especially helpful when you’re in the disney parks!
  • Narrow frame is still ADA approved so we can easily navigate through doorframes and anywhere else a wheelchair could fit!

My “Must-Have” Accessories:

  • The Parent Organizer
  • The Rain Cover
  • The All-Terrain Wheels
  • Mesh Storage Bags
